I am a strong believer that your net worth is based off the value you provide others. I have made it my mission in life to help others in any way that I can. When students graduate and enter the real world, there is a lot to learn. If they are not prepared, they can become left behind. I want to make sure they start off with their right foot forward.
I have learned and grown a lot over my short life and I want to share my experiences with the next generation. I have spent the last five years studying characteristics and habits of successful leaders around the world. As I have implemented some of these in my life, I have seen my personal growth increase exponentially.
There seems to be some concerns with the next generation, and without help, nothing is going to change. Our next generation is the future, and I am making it my responsibility to help develop these students, so they can reach their full potential.
Personal development plays a large part in everyone’s life. There are a lot of people in the world that need to learn the significance of investing in themselves. As adults we always wish we knew more when we were younger. Why not teach what we know now, to our youth audiences?
What students need, is a mentor to help them learn the importance and value of personal development. With my approach and teachings, combined with what students learn in school, they will be prepared for whatever the future holds after graduation.
Student Success Principles
Teaching all the things parents wish they knew when they were in school.
We spend over 15 years learning from books and preparation for tests. What we don't learn are the skills needed to succeed after graduation.
By learning strategies I used in school, and have learned since graduation, students won't have to "figure it out" after graduation. Having the knowledge and skills before stepping out of school will help accelerate the path to success.
Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
Through this presentation, students will realize that self development doesn't have to end when they walk out of the doors at school.
Future success takes a lot of hard work and dedication. Nothing in the future is guaranteed. If students stay in their comfort zone, and don't try new things to make themselves better, they will never progress much further than where they are today.
